Okinawa Tea - Kanigawa Ceramics 35cm tall with a polyesterKanigawa Tea is a benefuuki type tea, which has a high content of allergy suppressing methylated catechin. This richly aromatic black tea, characterized also by a mild sweetness, was cultivated on a tea plantation in rural northern Okinawa. The plantation has been lovingly tended by four generations of the Kanigawa family. As proof of its outstanding quality, Kanigawa Tea won Japan's "National Black Tea Grand Prix" three years in a row.
