Craigellachie 'Infrequent Flyers' 2007 / 11 years old 59.8% Strength:59.8% The flavour on the palateThis single cask, single malt from Craigellachie distillery is one of the Second batch of 'Infrequent Flyers', the new independent bottlings from Alistair Walker. On the nose we find toffee and almonds, quite nutty. To taste; it's full bodied, with Shortbread and butterscotch. Some dried herbs rosemary and thyme. Soft, sweet spicy notes. The finish is sweet and peppery.
